A tourism industry strategy for forests reprt coverThis report was developed through research and consultation undertaken between June 2006 and June 2007, with input from COTA's Land and Resources Policy Circle (a list of COTA members can be found in APPENDIX A). Its Vision is for BC's forested land base to be able to support the health, vitality, and sustainable growth of all forest-based industries, including tourism. In addition to the COTA Land and Resources Policy Circle, drafts were circulated for comment to representatives of the BC tourism industry, the BC forest industry, the provincial government, as well as environmental and public recreation groups.
